A $100 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure all bookings. Deposits confirm your date and reserve your luxury service experience. Dates are not held without a deposit.
Late Policy
Please arrive a few minutes early or on time.
There will be a 15-minute grace period.
After that your appointment will be cancelled.
You will need to rebook for another time slot.
Cancellation
