Client Health Disclosures Clients must disclose allergies, sensitivities, skin concerns, recent cosmetic procedures, medications, and products affecting skin sensitivity. Information must be accurate and updated before treatment. The Business does not diagnose medical conditions or replace medical advice. 7. Informed Consent and Risks Beauty services may cause redness, irritation, swelling, allergic reactions, skin injury, infection, or unexpected results. Service-specific risks will be explained before treatment. Clients may ask questions, decline, or withdraw consent. The provider may stop treatment if unsafe. 8. Assumption of Risk and Liability To the extent permitted by Florida law, Clients accept disclosed, ordinary risks of their selected service. Clients must follow safety instructions and disclose conditions that may affect treatment. A waiver does not remove the Business’s professional obligations. 11.
